Having grown up in a house built by his grandfather on the family property, owner John Henry Gleason has always had an interest in the crafting of a beautiful space to call home.
First entering the trades with an interest in a specific old-world style of framing, called Timber Framing, John Henry traveled as far as Virginia to study and practice under some of the nation’s best. But with such a high demand for tradesmen willing and able to help their neighbors with more typical projects, John Henry decided to turn his attention to the mastery of a broader, more conventional skillset.
John Henry has studied tilework, drywall, trim and framing, and has spent several years placing flatwork & foundations, framing porches, decks and pole barns, and building conventional stick-framed houses. Now a fully licensed builder, John Henry enjoys meeting the members of his local community, hearing them describe their dreamed-up spaces and taking their projects from dream to reality
